Mr. Khan brings with him 33 years of diversified and senior management experience in Conventional as well as Islamic Banking in different banks and financial institutions. He holds MBA degree from IBA, Karachi. He also holds diploma in Banking (DAIBP) and PGD as well as NIBAF, SBP Certification in Islamic Banking, beside short as well as extensive training within and outside Pakistan. Mr. Khan brings with him a rich knowledge of strategic planning, retail banking, product and brand development, corporate financing, risk management, budgeting, MIS etc, in addition to that he also possesses hands on exposure of SME/Retail Lending.

Mr. Hussain is a Deputy –CEO of ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. and joined in 2017. Before joining to ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. was Chief Operating Officer in banking sector. Has direct exposure to lead complex banking operations to deliver high performance, operational excellence, best practice standards and regulatory compliance within a changing global business environment spanning over 24 years. Expert in collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business and financial objectives; instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing technology solutions; ability to perform effective customer relationship management and business partnership management.

Mr. Hussain is a Chief Financial Officer of ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. since 2016. He is qualified Chartered Accountant and been carrying out various professional experience of over 25 years in manufacturing, industries and Chartered Accountants firms. He is equipped with thorough practical knowledge of banking and finance, Audit, Accounts management, MIS, System development and setting internal controls for safeguarding the organization for all unseen possible losses and inefficiencies.

Mr. Rajpar is a Head Human Resources and Organizational Development and joined to ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. in 2016. Senior Banking professional with more than 20+ years of experience of managing multiple tasks of operations and credit. Before joining ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. he was associated with Pak Oman microfinance Bank Ltd. He has experience in the field of operations management, strategic business planning, training/capacity building, livelihood, and portfolio management, transformation process from NGO into specialized microfinance program, budgeting, risk management, governance, productivity management, internal control, fraud prevention, management of human resource and project management.

Mr. Niaz is the Head of Banking Business and joined ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. in 2016. He has more than 18 years of diversified experience in different positions at renowned Microfinance Banks/Institutions. He was associated with First Microfinance Bank Ltd, Pak Oman Microfinance Bank Ltd, and Khushhali Microfinance Bank Ltd and started his career on the grass roots level as a Loan Officer and ascended to positions with greater responsibility and supervisory roles, such as Branch Manager, Area Credit Manager, Cluster Manager, Deputy Zonal Head, Zonal Head.

Mr. Saleem has been in banking for over 24 years. He has taken a leading role in developing and implementing the processes and controls related to operational efficacy and has rich experience in taking on new challenges in the areas of Procedure Development, Branch Control, Human Resources, Islamic Banking, Administration, Operational Risk, AML, Audit, and Regulatory Compliance. His primary expertise is in the field of operational improvement, investigation, and operational risk. He has worked in cross functional teams to add value to the ongoing projects in retail banking.

Mr. Azhar is Chief Information Officer and joined to ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. in 2017, seasoned professional with diversified experience in the field of Information Technology, he has 25 years of experience and worked in different banks. His experience consists on Project management, Implementation of core banking systems, IT Security management, IT Operation management, BCP/DRP management etc. Prior to joining ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. he served Bank of Khyber as Head of IT Division, he also worked at Faysal bank, Burj Bank & ANZ Grindlays bank. Mr. Azhar holds master’s degree and PGD with Computer Science, he is certified Information System Security Officer and ISACA member with various International Certifications and professional trainings.

Mr. Shivani is a Head of Compliance and joined to ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. in 2016. He has more than 11 years of diversified experience on different position in Microfinance Banks. He was associated with Khushhali Bank Ltd, The first Microfinance bank Ltd and other Microfinance Banks and worked on the grass root level i.e. branch Operations officer, Branch Manager, Credit Specialist and Compliance supervisor. He remained as Head of Compliance in two different Microfinance Banks.

Mr. Ranjeet is a Head of Internal Audit and joined to ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. in 2019. Qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He has more than 8 years of experience in financial reporting, secretarial compliance, internal and external audit. Prior to joining ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. he had worked with Pak Oman Asset Management Co Ltd where he was head of internal audit and also actively engaged in system implementation for process improvement and work efficiency. Mr. Ranjeet has completed his articles from Tariq Abdul Ghani Maqbool & Co. (TAGM) Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Ali is a Head of Risk Management and joined to ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. in 2016. Carries an experience of around 12 years in the field of Internal Audit. Before ASA Pakistan, he was associated with FDI financial group and M/S Al Damam International, UAE based organizations and served as Manager Internal Audit and in addition to that, he served in Pakistan leading Trading Company namely Inter Trade Distributors and Trade Ways International.

Mr. Kapadia is a Company Secretary and joined to ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. in 2017. He has 25 years’ experience in Financial and Insurance/Takaful sectors in Finance and Accounting, Internal Control System, Assurance, Compliance Management and Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining ASA Pakistan, he worked with AON Insurance Brokers, AVIVA, Jubilee Insurance and Pak-Kuwait Takaful in senior positions. Since the last 10 years he has been handling the Corporate Secretarial affairs of public limited companies ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented. He has attended various financial and corporate trainings in USA, Malaysia and Pakistan. Mr. Kapadia holds an MBA from IBA Karachi and MBA from Kansas, USA with specialization in Finance and Accounts.
